		<description><![CDATA[The laboratory researcher who will have a relevant expertise in Rheology will contribute to the Borouge innovation process by participating in the definition of the scientific content of the projects and to their IPR protection. He will operate equipments typically used in Rheology (see below paragraph 3) , draw conclusions from the investigations and publish and communicate scientific reports relative to projects leading to new product / method specifications and knowledge development. The Rheology researcher will become Borouge’s expert in this field and will as such write scientific articles and presentations to be communicated in technical journals and conferences. Any additional competencies in polymer processing and/or analytical testing would be regarded as a clear advantage.]]></description>
